Welcome to Riverdance Shelties. We are located outside the small town of New Bloomfield in South Central Pennsylvania on five and a half wooded acres. We are approximately 40 minutes Northwest of the state capitol of Harrisburg and 30 minutes from the cities of Carlisle and Mechanicsburg. This affords us the opportunity to be within 2-4 hours of many dog shows and have access to roads and interstates that lead to major cities such as Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Baltimore. A little bit of country living with big city opportunities. My family consists of myself, our grown son and daughter and my husband.

We adhere to the breed standard as our guide in owning, showing and breeding our shelties. Temperament is of a high priority with us, with correct structure and type being equally important. Testing for the health of the eyes, thyroid, hips and vWd is essential of all our shelties. We also prize good socialization and training of our shelties from an early age. We want shelties who are a pleasure to own and live with.
