Solange Freelander, 4 pts, Landen, came to us from Linda Nicholas of Solange Shelties, NC and is now retired. He was a gorgeous puppy who turned into an gorgeous adult picking up a major reserve at his first show at 6 months old. He had many more reserves and gained four more points as a puppy before he went home to mature. He was handled by Nick and Joel of Sunway Presentations and Kimmy Harmon of Harmony Acres Shelties.

He sired two of our hopefuls out of our foundation girl Morrighan, Am/Can Ch BISS RiverDance Dressed To Kilt, Rory, who is owned and loved by Akadia and Iona Shelties of Idaho, RiverDance Distant Shores, Emma, and a young show lady in the Pittsburgh area named Belaire Lynmarr Hey Blonde, "Chloe". Her mother is Sarah, "Jerecort Belaire Serendipity" and is co owned with her breeder Gloria Baughman-Hansen of Belaire Shelties and PW Corgis and Linda Urbanek of Lynmarr Shelties.

At three years old it was decided to place Landen as a pet though when he did not settle back in size as we would have liked him to. His legacy though will live on through his children mentioned above. He now resides in sunny Florida and is loving it! We sure do miss him though! What a goofy lovable guy he is. He is still very much in our hearts and minds and was a very important part of our future in shelties.
